Happy Hour in Woodinville: Prices and Daily Deals at Rooneys
Happy hour at Rooneys Sports Bar in Woodinville runs 3 to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Six items off the kitchen at happy hour pricing, plus $1 off well drinks and canned beer.
We are at 17626 140th Ave NE in the Woodinville Towne Center, open 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily, with free parking in the lot. Rooneys is 21 and over.
The happy hour menu

On the drinks side it is $1 off well drinks and canned beer for the full three hours.
The half nachos are the one worth knowing about. Our full Mondo Nachos are built for a table, and the half is the same thing scaled to one or two people, which at $9.50 is the best value on the list.
There is no separate happy hour room and no minimum spend. Sit at the bar, sit at a high-top, sit where the game is. Same pricing either way.
The cocktail list
Our scratch cocktails run $12.50 and are available whenever we are open:
- Old Fashioned with Buffalo Trace, sugar, bitters and an orange peel
- Rooneys Marg with Pueblo Viejo Blanco, triple sec and house sour
- Lucky Penny with Traveller Whiskey, lemon juice and honey
- Dark n’ Stormy with Myers’s Original Dark Rum, lime and ginger beer
- Cane Punch with cane rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and club soda
- Rotating Frozen, where you ask about the day’s flavor and pick your well spirit
These are made properly, which is the part people do not expect from a sports bar.
The daily specials are separate, and often the better deal
The 3 to 6 window is one program. The nightly specials are another, and they run on their own schedule. On several nights the daily special beats happy hour outright.
Monday: Martini Monday
$9.50 Tito’s martinis and $9.50 Buffalo Trace Manhattans.
Monday is also Industry Monday, 10% off from 8 p.m. to close for anyone working in the service industry. Woodinville runs on restaurant, winery and tasting room staff, and Monday night is when a lot of them are finally off.
Tuesday: Taco Tuesday
$2.50 tacos with any beverage, $6.50 house margaritas, $4.50 Pacifico bottles. One of the busiest nights of our week, and it is not a mystery why.
Wednesday: Hump Day burgers and trivia
$5.50 burgers from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., which makes for a genuinely good lunch, plus $7.50 Tito’s and $7.50 Jack’s running into the evening.
Then Beat the Geek Trivia at 7 p.m. Bring a team, no cover, kitchen open the whole time.
Thursday: Tequila Thursday and free pool
$6.50 Pueblo Viejo shots, $6.50 house margaritas and Palomas, and chicken taquitos three for $9.50.
Thursday is also free pool all day on two of the only real tables left in Woodinville. No quarters, no time limit. Then Open Mic Comedy at 9 p.m., sign-ups at 8:30, hosted by Donald Robert, no cover.

Friday and Saturday: Karaoke at 9:30
Happy hour still runs 3 to 6 both days, then Karaoke with Sandra Dee at 9:30 p.m., no cover, both nights.
Sunday: Game day
$11.50 for a hot dog, fries and a beer during every Seahawks, Mariners and Kraken game.
The Seahawks are the defending Super Bowl champions, so Sundays here run full through the fall. During football season we open at 9 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays for the 10 a.m. Pacific kickoffs, and the game day deal starts when the games do. There is a full season guide with every date here.
Why the window works in Woodinville
Three to six is the gap between the end of a work day and the start of an evening. In Woodinville it is also when the tasting rooms start winding down, which makes this a natural second stop rather than a first one.
The other end of the evening matters more, though. Our kitchen serves until last call every night, switching to a limited fryer-only late-night menu once it gets late. That is not happy hour, but it fills the same role, and in this area it is close to the only option. Most kitchens around here stop hours earlier, which is why a good share of our late crowd is people getting off shifts at restaurants and tasting rooms around the valley.
What the kitchen is actually doing
Whatever the special, it is the same kitchen: house-ground burgers, hand-cut wings in five sauces, Mondo Nachos, bacon cheese tots, a Bavarian-style pretzel with house queso, bacon-wrapped jalapeños and coconut shrimp, plus a rotating spread of scratch pub food.
Behind the bar there are 12 beers on tap and a whiskey, bourbon and scotch list that is one of the deeper ones on the Eastside. The Chubby Mary has a following. The full menu is here.
Make an evening of it
Happy hour gets you in the door. The room is set up to keep you there: two pool tables, two league-ready electronic dartboards, Golden Tee, Godzilla pinball, shuffleboard, a Touch Tunes jukebox and 30 pull-tab bowls, plus 20 big-screen TVs and two projector screens carrying whatever is on.
